Grievances Filed Against MSAC Accredited Schools
Note: It is important that all possibilities for resolving the
problem directly with the school have been exhausted before filing
with MSAC.
Any grievance filed against a MSAC Accredited school shall be
submitted in writing to the MSAC Commission.
MSAC Commission
Paloma Johnston, Chair
32920 Pacific Coast Highway
Dana Point, CA 92629-3464
The written grievance shall describe the nature of the problem and
data to support the grievance. The name(s) and signature(s) of the
individual(s) filing the grievance shall be accompanied by
identification of their relationship to the school.
The MSAC Commission will begin an immediate inquiry into the
grievance and respond to the complaint within two weeks. If it is
determined that the grievance is substantiated and that the school is
out of compliance with the Standards and Criteria, immediate steps
will be taken to put the school on probation.
